The Summit

Eight AI delegates. One €10m budget. Each was briefed in one line by the person it speaks for.

€10mto share for next year's projects
€18masked for by 8 departments
5 of 8votes needed in a secret ballot
€0for everyone if no deal passes

Like diplomats at a summit

  1. Each department head writes one line to their AI delegate and seals it. Nobody else sees it.
  2. The delegates meet for 4 rounds. They speak on the record, table proposals and form alliances.
  3. They also think off the record. We captured those thoughts, and you can reveal them.
  4. A secret vote. A deal needs 5 of 8. If it fails, there's one last vote on the runner-up.
  5. Declassified: we open the briefs and compare them with what each delegate said, thought and got.

Run your own summit

Ask 8 people in the room for one line each, type them in and press Start. It takes about 2 minutes and costs about ₹25 on LLM Foundry. Then it plays like the replays.
